Gastric lactobezoar, a pathological collection of milk and mucus in the stomach of milk-fed infants, can present with features of gastric outlet obstruction.A 3-day-old neonate developed abdominal distension with no hemodynamic instability.Abdominal here X-ray was suggestive of gastric pneumatosis with heterogeneous opacities in the gastric region indicative of lactobezoar.The patient was managed conservatively with intravenous fluids and gastric lavage at regular intervals.
